Not required (we carry). Access to a sink is helpful but optional.

FAQ — Mobile Espresso Bar

Short answers to the most common setup and booking questions.

How much time do you need to set up and break down?

We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service to set up our equipment. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after service ends. We coordinate with your venue to ensure we're ready when your guests arrive.

What power and water do you require?

We need access to a standard 15A/120V outlet within 25 feet of our setup. We bring our own water supply for the espresso machine, so no water hookup is required. For longer events, we may ask about water refill options.

Can you operate indoors and outdoors?

Yes! We serve both indoor and outdoor events. For outdoor setups, we recommend a covered area or tent to protect equipment and ensure guest comfort. We'll work with you to find the best location at your venue.

Are you insured? Do staff have Smart Serve?

Absolutely. We carry $2 million in commercial liability insurance. All our baristas are trained professionals, and yes—our team members hold Smart Serve certification as required for events serving alcohol.

Can we customize the menu?

Yes! We can tailor our menu to match your event. Whether you want to feature specific drinks, add signature creations, or exclude certain items, we're happy to accommodate. Custom branding options are also available.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque. For corporate clients, we can arrange invoice terms.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Cancellations 14+ days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7–13 days out receive a 50% refund. Less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free with 7+ days notice, subject to availability.

Do you provide glassware or disposables?

Our standard service includes high-quality disposable cups with lids, sleeves, and all necessary supplies. For events requiring a more upscale touch, we can arrange ceramic cups or glassware for an additional fee.
