What factors affect my quote?

Your quote depends on guest count, service duration, travel distance, event type, and any add-ons you select. We'll provide a detailed breakdown so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Is there a travel fee?

Events within Toronto are typically included. For events in the GTA and beyond, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance. We'll include this in your quote upfront.

What's the deposit and payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept e-transfer, credit cards, and corporate invoicing.

Can I customize my package?

Absolutely! Our packages are starting points. We can add or remove items, extend service hours, add branding, or create a completely custom experience tailored to your event.

Do you offer discounts for recurring events?

Yes! We offer retainer packages for offices and businesses that want regular coffee service. Contact us for custom recurring pricing.
