How many guests can you serve?
Our mobile espresso bar serves 100-500+ guests with multiple baristas scaled to your event size. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering in Aurora Highlands or a large corporate event near the GO Station in Aurora Village, we have the capacity and expertise to serve your guests efficiently.
What space do you need?
Approximately 10-12 feet wide and 4-5 feet deep for the full espresso bar setup. We've successfully set up at venues throughout Aurora from prestigious Aurora Estates properties to Aurora Cultural Centre and Bayview Wellington community facilities—we can adapt to various configurations.
Do you serve all Aurora areas?
Yes—we serve all of Aurora including Aurora Estates, Aurora Village, Bayview Wellington, Aurora Highlands, Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora Grove, Aurora Heights, Highland Gate, Cherry, and the entire GTA with no travel fees within Aurora.
How far in advance to book?
We recommend 4-8 weeks for weddings and large corporate events, especially during peak season (May-October). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings for Aurora events with 1-2 weeks notice, subject to availability.
Can you customize the setup?
Absolutely! We offer custom branded cups, menu boards with your logo or monogram, and décor elements to match your event's aesthetic. What equipment do you bring?
Commercial dual-boiler espresso machines, professional grinders, all serving equipment, premium locally-roasted beans, syrups, and alternative milks. We're completely self-contained—just need standard electrical power (15-20 amp) available at any Aurora venue.
Do you provide service for outdoor events?
Yes! We regularly serve outdoor events at parks, private estates, and golf clubs throughout Aurora including Oak Ridges Moraine properties, Beacon Hall Golf Club, Hills of St. Andrew scenic locations, and Aurora Grove outdoor spaces. We just need access to electricity and weather-appropriate coverage if needed.
